Thomas L. Dadmun - Vice President, Program Management Office, ADTRAN Tom has recently taken on the role of Vice President, Program Management Office at Adtran architecting enterprise wide process, systems and solutions for the company. Prior to this Tom was the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Adtran and was responsible for end to end supply chain functions including demand supply planning, all forecasting processes, masterscheduling, production control, procurement of raw material and related purchases, outsource manufacturing, distribution, order fulfillment, transportation and logistics, and shipping and receiving. Also, the development and redesign of Adtran’s supply chain architecture, coordinated with IT functions, falls under his responsibility. Tom has held various senior positions in Materials, Operations, Manufacturing and Finance at Compaq Computer Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, Control Logic Inc. and RCA in the following roles: Director Supply Chain Operations, Director World Wide Module Manufacturing, Director of Strategic Alliances, Plant Manager Module Manufacturing, Plant Manager Field Service Manufacturing and Repair, Group Controller America’s Manufacturing, Group Controller Puerto Rico Manufacturing. He has spoken on Supply Chain Management at APIC’s, Council for Logistics Management, Institute of Supply Management and various Supply Chain Forums.

Bruce Rayner - Founder, GreenSupplyLine.com Bruce Rayner has been covering the business of electronics for over 20 years as a journalist, editor, conference organizer, researcher, and consultant. He was vice president of consulting and market research at Technology Forecasters Inc., a California-based provider of manufacturing and environmental consulting services to leading electronics corporations. Prior to TFI, Bruce was editorial director of EBN and Electronics Supply & Manufacturing, both CMP Media LLC publications.

In 2005 he launched CMP’s GreenSupplyLine.com website, which is dedicated to the coverage of green technology and environmental issues as they pertain to electronics. He was the co-chairman and organizer of the annual Global Supply Chain Summit with Stanford University Professor Hau Lee. Prior to CMP, Bruce worked was an editor at Harvard Business Review, ComputerWorld, and Electronic Business.

Since 2008, Bruce has been focusing his attention on clean technology and the emerging green economy.

An avid triathlete and runner, Bruce launched Athletes for a Fit Planet in early 2008, which is a market leader in providing environmental consulting and support to event organizers including road races, triathlons, cycling events and charity walks. In 2009, Athletes for a Fit Planet will be supporting over 80 events in the US and Canada including the LA Marathon, the New York City Triathlon, and the USA Triathlon National Championships.
